He sees 25 patients a day and provides oversight of mid-level practitioners. Previously, Dr. Zadeh served as the Medical Director at Pioneers Health Center in El Centro, CA. In this role, he provided oversight of mid-level practitioners, managed patient medication management and forms, and was responsible for physician recruitment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Contact the office as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Most practices have a policy for advance notice, usually 24 to 48 hours, to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow other patients to book that slot. You can also request for your visit to be done by Telemedicine
How can I get my test results?
Test results are typically communicated by phone, or during a follow-up appointment. If you haven’t received results within the expected time frame, contact the office to inquire.
What if I have an urgent health issue outside of office hours?
For urgent issues outside of office hours, call the office to find out if we have after-hours services scheduled during the week or reach out to urgent care or emergency services as needed.
